As soon as we walked in the condo we wee impressed with layout and size including and best of all the wonderful view of the ocean waves. The added touches of the complimentary local coffee, cookies and jasmine soaps & shampoo made our welcome special. The location was very convenient–walking distance to resort hotel areas and the beach and a short drive to many local attractions.

From the initial communication with Cynthia until we departed her unit, she was very responsive and prompt with replies. We were very happy with the condo and all the attention to detail here at PK22. You can definitely see that their guests comfort is priority. We absolutely loved the location and the view from the lanai cannot be beat. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and breakfast while watching the ocean waves each morning. We also liked that the location of Poipu Kapili was within walking distance to the Sheraton…You just cannot ask for a better option in Poipu and we hope to return again.

We have rented homes all over the western US and Canada for many years, and our host was by far the most organized host we have ever experienced. The property was in tiptop shape, and very well equipped, the property book was extremely well organized, and our host communicated with us incredibly well throughout the stay. The condo was clean, very well furnished, and had a great balcony with beautify view of the ocean.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Sheraton resort, and other shopping areas.

Boogie board, snorkeling gear came in handy when we visited the beach!

This condo was perfect. It was exactly as the pictures depict, – clean, beautifully furnished, great view, close to the beach, and had all the amenities needed. This was our first time on this island and I am so glad I chose this condo.
