We were at #22 in late January and early February. The weather was beautiful, a little warm and very sunny. The property is in a perfect location. Beautiful ocean views, walking distance to two shopping centers with many shops and good restaurants. The condo itself is large, very well decorated, and the kitchen is supplied with everything you need and not just the basics. Comfy bed and sofas and anything you might need in the entertainment center. The reservation and any business after that is very organized. Any repairs, if necessary, done rapidly. From the lanai we watched snorkel boats and whale spouts right out front. Then there is the sunset.

Our family of four found this spacious and well-appointed condo to be exactly what we needed to unwind and serve as home base for our adventures in Kauai. The directions and island tips were spot-on. The condo was clean, quiet, contained comfortable beds, and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves right away after a quick trip to the grocery store. Beach access and access to running paths made days simple. We made good use of the kitchen and washer and dryer, and enjoyed our stay immensely. The only tip I’d add for future guests is to visit Living Foods Market and Fresh Shave shaved ice – both nearby and not to be missed for fresh, delicious treats.

First time I stayed in this unit and was overwhelmed by all surprises! This one unit offered so many ammedities from 2-full baths, a very comfortable sofa bed (which I slept on), a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that was fully equipped!

Great location and views. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Are you looking for a vacation home with fantastic views, conveniently located to the beach with all the amenities? Then this is the place for you. When I walked in I was immediately drawn to the view! It has an outdoor lanai with comfy furniture with a view of the ocean that is breath taking.

Inside is also beautifully furnished and thoroughly equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. There are also 3 bbq’s at the property, 2 gas and 1 charcoal and a wonderful herb garden available to all guests right outside your door near the tennis courts.

Do you want to eat out? Then check out the restaurants and shops on foot- the walk is only 5- 10 minutes away.

The beach is quick,flat and easy walk where you can swim, surf and relax on the sand. Back at the condo there is an outdoor shower at the end of the pool and several foot bath spigots. The condo provides everything from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers and umbrellas.

There are lots of other things including a sofa bed for extra guests, high speed internet, large TV, high quality linens and towels plus a full size washer & dryer.

I highly recommend this unit and complex to my family and friends!
